Interview with God

I dreamed I had an interview with God

“So you would like to interview with me?” GOD asked.

“if you have the time” I said.

GOD smiled.

“My time is eternity…

… what questions do you have in mind for me?”

“What surprises you most about humankind?”

GOD answered…

“That they get bored with childhood,

they rush to grow up,

and then long to be children again.”

“That they lose their health to make money…

and then lose their money to restore their health.”

“That by thinking anxiously about the future,

they forget the present,

such that they live in neither the present nor the future.”

“That they live as if they will never die,

and die as though they had never lived.”

GOD’s hand took mine

And we were silent for a while.

And then I asked,

“As a parent, what are some of life lessons you want your children to learn?”

 “To learn they cannot make anyone love them.

All they can do is let themselves be loved.”

“To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to others.”

“To learn to forgive

by practicing forgiveness.”

“To learn that it only takes

a few seconds to open profound wounds

in those they love,

and it can take many years

to heal them.”

“To learn that a rich person

is not one who has the most,

but is one who needs the least.”

“To learn that there are people who love them dearly,

but simply do not yet know how to express or show their feelings.”

“To learn that two people can look at the same thing

and see it differently.”

“To learn that it is not enough that they forgive one another,

“Thank you for your time” I said humbly.

“Is there anything else you’d like your children to know?”

GOD smiled and said…

“Just know that I am here.”

برای صحبت کردن انگلیسی از این کلمات خیلی استفاده میشه. پس این کلمه ها رو کاملا از نظر معنی و مخصوصا تلفظ کاملا یاد بکیرید.برای اینکه تو صحبت کردنتون سر کلمه هایی مثل out و ... گیر نکنید و همچنین وقتی یک listening رو گوش میکنید، چون این کلمات کاربردی هستند، شما خیلی چیزها از listening رو متوجه میشید و این هم به نوعی بهش میگن تقویت listening و یا به طور کل تقویت زبان انگلیسی.

مجله محبوب قلبها!

همانطور که می دانید نرخ مجلات خارجی در ایران بسیار گران می باشد و شاید هر فردی قادر به خرید آن نباشد. بسیاری از دانشجویان زبان، مجلات تاریخ گذشته را با قیمت پایینتر و هزاران مکافات تهیه می کنند ولی چندان هم از آن راضی نیستند. هزاران مسأله و مشکل در این زمینه وجود دارد که سبب می شود هر ساله در نمایشگاه بین المللی کتاب، دانشجویان زبان دربه در، به دنبال مجلات خارجی و یا کتابهای به اصطلاح original باشند و البته اکثر اوقا ت هم دست خالی بر می گردند؛ چرا که یا قیمت ها سر سام آور بوده و یا آنها دیر رسیده اند! اگر از بحث سانسور و کمبود ها بگذریم قیمت مسلماً حرف اول را می زند و همه ما می دانیم که حکابت دانشجو و پول همان حکایت قدیمی جن و بسم ا... است که حالا حالا به هم نمی رسند. اما فکر کنم اینترنت برای هر کس ضرر داشت( مگه ضرر هم داره!!!؟) برای دانشجویان زبان و علاقه مندان به یاد گیری زبان های خارجه نعمت بود. دیگه این جا گوی و میدان آماده است و فقط مرد میدان می خواهد.

از تمامی این توصیف ها که بگذریم دوست دارم امروز سایت بکی از این مجلات محبوب و مشهور را یه شما معرفی کنم. مجله ای که کمتر کسی است که با نام آن آشنا نباشد، در میان اکثرمجلات جهانی نام این مجله بسیارخوش درخشیده است و به خصوص در حیطه یاد گیری زبان انگلیسی بسیار طرفدار دارد. اما راز این همه محبوبیت چسیت؟ همه ما به خوبی می دانیم که مرز میان محبوبیت و شهرت بیسار باریک است. بسیاری از مجلات وجود دارند که برای مدتی مشهور می شوند و بعد از چند ماه فراموش می گردند، چرا که نتوانسته اند در قلب مردم جایی برای خود باز کنند؛ آری رمز مؤفقیت فقط حکومت بر دلهاست! راز محبوبیت و برقرار ماندن یک مجله نیز به نظر من این است که علاوه بر ارتقاء سطح دانش افراد به نیازعموم مردم اهمیت دهد و بتواند هرفرد ی را با هرگرایش و فرهنگی به خود جذب کند و در این میان مجله Reader's Digest از بهترین هاست. چرا که حاوی بخش های مختلفی نظیر: بخش های سلامت و بهداشت،سرگرمی و بازی، تغذیه و دستور العمل غذاهای جدید، اقتصاد، خانه داری و باغبانی می باشد که در سطح گرامری و لغوی بسیار مناسبی تهیه شده است وتقریباً تمامی مشتاقان زبان انگلیسی را از کشورهای مختلف به خود جذب کرده است .
